① No parties or events allowed.
② No smoking allowed. The room is completely non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed even around the house/apartment or on the road. You can only smoke in designated places.
③ No pets allowed.
④ No unregistered guests allowed staying overnight.
⑤ No shoes inside the room.
⑥ Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet time after 9p.m.
⑦ Please turn off the AC when you go out.
⑧ Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Overtime checkout will be subject to overtime compensation.
⑨ Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee ¥29,000.
⑩ Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
⑪ Please do not rearrange the furniture.
⑫ Please do your dishes.
⑬ Please sort your garbage and put it in the correct trash bin. If you have to take out the trash, make sure you tie the bag tightly.
⑭ No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
⑮ Only toilet paper in the toilet can be thrown down the toilet bowl. Tissues, paper towels, diapers, sanitary pads, tampons, condoms and anything else should not be thrown down the toilet bowl. If the toilet bowl is clogged due to throwing things into the toilet, you will need to pay unclogging fee 50,000 yen.
⑯ Each guest is provided with 1 set of towels for the entire stay. Extra towels are available for a fee of 700 yen per set and need to be requested prior to arrival.
⑰ For two guests, we provide either 1 double bed or 2 single beds (this is not an option, please refer the bed type of this room), and so on. If you need to use beds beyond the number of guests (for example, 2 guests need 2 beds) , there will be an additional charge for beddings. The additional bed could be a sofa bed or Japanese futon, subject to availability.
⑱ In accordance with Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a copy of their passport. You are required to submit the passport copy through our own online form before check-in. If you have any concerns for filling up and upload your passport soft-copies via our check-in form, please do not book this room.
⑲ Please avoid pressing the "emergency" button on the intercom unless it is an emergency. A fee of 1,500 JPY will be charged for unnecessary activation.
⑳ Guests agree that authorized staff may enter the room when necessary for safety, maintenance, or emergencies, with prior notice when possible.

⑫ 請自行清洗碗碟。
⑬ 請分類垃圾並放入正確的垃圾桶。如需倒垃圾，請確保袋子綁緊。
⑭ 房內禁止任何非法物質。
⑮ 僅可將衛生紙丟入馬桶，其他物品如面紙、紙巾、尿布、衛生巾、棉條、避孕套等均不得丟入馬桶。如因丟棄物品造成馬桶堵塞，疏通費用50,000日元將由您支付。
⑯ 每位客人在入住期間提供一套毛巾。如需額外毛巾，每套需支付700日元，且需在抵達前提出申請。
⑰ 針對兩位客人，我們將提供兩張單人床或一張雙人床等(單人床或雙人床不可選，以房型規範為主)。如需使用超過客人數的床鋪，將收取床單額外費用。
⑱ 根據日本法律，所有外國客人必須提供護照副本。入住前需通過我們自有的網路表單提交護照副本。
⑲ 除非是真正的緊急狀況，請勿按下對講機上的「緊急」按鈕。若因誤觸或非必要情況啟動警報，將會收取 1,500 日圓的處理費。
⑳ 為了安全、維修或緊急情況之需要，住客同意本住宿之授權人員在必要時可進入房間；若情況允許，我們將會事先通知。

⑧ チェックインおよびチェックアウトの時間を守ってください。延長チェックアウトには追加料金が発生します。
⑨ 鍵には特に注意してください。鍵を紛失した場合、交換費用として29,000円が発生します。
⑩ 家具を大切に扱ってください。損傷があった場合は、修理費用を負担していただきます。
⑪ 家具の配置を変更しないでください。
⑫ 食器を洗ってください。
⑬ ゴミを分別し、正しいゴミ箱に捨ててください。ゴミを出す必要がある場合は、袋をしっかりと結んでください。
⑭ 敷地内に違法な物質は持ち込み禁止です。
⑮ トイレにはトイレットペーパーのみを流してください。ティッシュ、ペーパータオル、おむつ、生理用ナプキン、タンポン、コンドームなどはトイレに流さないでください。トイレが詰まった場合は、補償をお願いすることがあります。 詰まり除去費用50,000円は、お客様にご負担いただきます。
⑯ 各ゲストには滞在期間中に1セットのタオルが提供されます。追加のタオルは1セット700円で、到着前にリクエストが必要です。
⑰ 2名のゲストには、シングルベッド2台またはダブルベッド1台を提供します。それ以上のベッドを使用する場合は、寝具の追加料金が発生します。
⑱ 日本の法律に従い、全てのお客様はパスポートまたはその他の身分証明書のコピーをご提出いただく必要がございます。チェックイン前に、弊社独自のオンラインフォームを通じてコピーをご提出ください。
⑲ 本当に緊急の場合を除き、インターホンの「非常」ボタンを押さないでください。誤って押した場合や不要な作動をさせた場合は、1,500円の手数料を請求いたします。
⑳ 安全・メンテナンス・緊急時の対応のため、必要に応じて当施設の担当スタッフが客室に立ち入る場合があります。可能な場合は事前にご連絡いたします。
